This orientation guide is designed to introduce you to the program, familiarize you with its structure, outline key guidelines, and provide directions for accessing additional support.

Onboarding & Strategy Session

The next step is your Onboarding Session with me. During this session, we'll

  • Tour the program features.

  • Discuss your goals and challenges.

  • Create a personalized action plan for your success in the program.

Accessing the LCA Learning Center

All your training videos, pronunciation masterclasses, assignments and bonus resources are housed in our online Learning Center.

The platform is organized into key modules focusing on different aspects of leadership communication. Each module includes:

  • Step-by-Step Videos: Engaging lessons you can watch at your own pace.

  • Interactive Notes: Each module has a corresponding section in your LCA Notes document. I will give you feedback and add recommended resources to enhance your bespoke learning experience.

  • Flexibility: The LCA modules and assignments are designed to fit into your schedule and can be done any day at any time.

Milestones & Progress Tracking

To ensure you're on track and making the most of the program, we've established key milestones:

  • Weekly Videos: Complete an LCA module and an APA masterclass per week for optimal results.

  • Monthly Assignments: Submit your monthly assignment in the corresponding Google Drive folder.

  • Feedback: I'll provide personalized feedback in your notes and on your submissions by the end of every month.

  • Printable: Download your LCA Checklist in your Google Drive. I recommend printing it out to help keep yourself accountable.

  • Daily Practice: Read one sentence out loud 3x to improve your confidence, fluency and intonation.

Group Coaching Sessions

  • Frequency: Two 60-minute group coaching sessions per month followed by a bonus 30-minute Spotlight Coaching.

  • When: Every other Tuesday of the month at 2 PM EST. You can check the dates here.

  • How to Join: You'll receive calendar invites with Zoom links for each session.

  • Missed a Session? Don't worry! All sessions are recorded and uploaded to the learning center within 24 hours.

Weekly Pronunciation Masterclasses

  • Format: Pre-recorded videos available in the Learning Center.

  • Focus: Improve your intonation and fluency with practical exercises.

  • Flexible Learning: Access these lessons anytime that suits your schedule.

  • Response Time: My phone is always on silent, so you can contact me anytime. I will do my best to respond within 24 hours on weekdays between 10 AM - 6 PM EST.

  • Respectful Interaction: Let's maintain a supportive and positive environment.

Scheduling

  • Rescheduling Sessions: Group sessions cannot be rescheduled. If you need to reschedule a 1:1 session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Missed Sessions: 1:1 sessions missed without notice may not be rescheduled.

  • Holidays & Closures: I'll notify you in advance of any schedule changes due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
