Leadership Communication Accelerator
Your title says you've arrived. Make sure the room agrees.
You didn't get here by accident. But there's a specific moment, the board update, the investor call, the all-hands after a hard quarter, where the gap between how sharp you are and how sharp you sound becomes the only thing that matters in the room. This is a private communication advisory for senior leaders for whom that gap has real business consequences, not a course, not English lessons, and not for everyone.
Start the ConversationWhere This Actually Shows Up
None of this is about your English.
It's about whether your communication is operating at the same level as everything else you've built.
- You've watched your own point lose weight in the room, in the exact meeting where it needed to land.
- You've understated a position you'd have held firm on in your first language, and felt the cost of it afterward.
- A board member, investor, or client has asked someone else to just confirm what you already said clearly.
- You're being considered for a bigger mandate, and the quiet question in the room is whether you'll represent the company as well as you'll run it.
This Isn't an English Problem
It's a leadership-critical one.
Most executives who come to me have excellent English. That was never the gap. The gap is narrower and higher stakes, precision under pressure, command of the room in real time, and the ability to make a complex point land in one pass, in front of people who are deciding, right now, how much weight to give you.
I don't teach English. I work with senior leaders on the communication that determines whether their expertise actually reaches the decision makers who need it.
Who I Work With
I have nearly 20 years working with senior, accomplished, multilingual leaders. This work is built around what's actually at stake for people already operating at the top of their field in global companies.

Who This Is Built For
A fit for a specific kind of leader.
This Is a Fit If
You're a C-suite executive, founder, or senior leader, VP and above, who regularly represents your organization to a board, investors, global stakeholders, or the media, and where a gap in how you communicate has a real, specific cost: a deal, a decision, a promotion, a mandate.
It's Not a Fit If
You're early or mid career, looking for general English improvement, or without a specific high-stakes context for which you need to elevate your leadership communication.
What Changes
Outcomes that show up in the room, not just in how you feel.
Your point lands the first time.
No re-explaining, no one else translating you in the room.
You negotiate from strength.
Not from the extra caution non-native speakers often build in without realizing it.
You sound like you belong in the room.
Board and investor conversations, without the gap between your thinking and your delivery.
Your trajectory reflects your capability.
Because the room finally sees it too.
How This Works
Built around your context, not a curriculum.
In the Leadership Communication Accelerator, you will have access to group and one-to-one coaching built around your specific needs. Before we begin, we identify exactly what's at stake for you in the next 3 to 6 months, a board seat, a funding round, a global mandate, a succession conversation, and we build the engagement around that.
Engagements typically run six months and combine live strategic coaching, real-time preparation for specific high-stakes moments, the board deck, the investor call, the keynote, and direct, honest feedback most people around you are too polite to give you.
A Recent Engagement
From Newly Promoted CTO to Boardroom-Ready Leader
Situation
Following her promotion to CTO and her company's acquisition, English became the primary language of the business. Her first board presentation would also be her first opportunity to communicate at that level, in English.
Engagement
Over six months, we combined private coaching and group sessions, with increasingly focused preparation in the weeks leading up to her first board meeting.
Outcome
She presented without notes, handled board questions confidently in real time, and was subsequently asked to lead the company's next investor update.
What Clients Say
Real leaders, real stakes.
"I realized the goal wasn't to sound like an American. What I needed was to lead the room with my own storytelling, and that shift changed how I show up in every high-stakes conversation."
Mishit Patel, Chief Technology Officer & Startup Founder
"It's been key in my development in communicating better overall. You really own the fact that you're not going to sound like a native speaker, and the things you're saying are still very valuable."
Sebastiano Armeli, Director of Engineering @ Meta

Let's talk about what's at stake for you.
This is more than an application to a program. It's a short, direct conversation about what you're facing, and whether this is the right fit on both sides.
